I was transported to the streets of Kathmandu with my first bite of the spicy momo. The perfectly steamed dumplings, coupled with the hot chutney, were a magic of flavors on my palate. A true Nepalese treasure!
Coming from a Nepalese background, I'm often skeptical of 'authentic' claims. However this place has earned my respect and nostalgia. Their juicy spicy momo remind me of home, and the chutney is as authentic as it gets.
Finding authentic Nepalese cuisine in Colorado is a rare delight. I tried the steamed momo with jhol chutney and took a bag of frozen ones for home. Amazing taste, great serving size and simply unparalleled.
Coming from India, there are so many foods to try, but your spicy momo stands out. I tried the veggie momo and they were fantastic. Every bite is a taste of Nepal, and the achar/chutney is amazing.
